We had a great time makin smores and hotdogs around the campfire, with only a few getting tossed into the cornfields Tossin frisbees, swinging, and just hangin out on one of the last summer nights before school starts back up…it doesn’t get any better!!

We ended our second night of Xtreme Campfires.  It was a great time talking about the Incredible God we serve.  Friday Night we had a round of crazy team Disc Golf.  It was the guys vs. the ladies and the guys demolished the ladies but that’s o.k. because we both had fun. There was smores, hotdogs, mountain pies, and even a marshmallow topped hot dog or two. Now we move onto Pray & Play this Thursday from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. We hope to see you there.

We just had our first night of Xtreme Campfires. It was “incredible” as that is our theme for the two nights, as we learn about the “Incredible God”.  We played some ultimate frisbee, a little football, and had a few hot dogs.  There was an incredible skit, and we were all left to ponder the question “Can we believe in God, or is He just too incredible?”  I think you’ve got the picture by now that it was an “incredible” night!!

On March 31st we held our second Taste N.C. Jr. We had lots of fun playing Ultimate Frisbee. Then we put to work our craniums as we had a team challenge of the game Cranium. Who won we aren’t sure, but everyone there had a great time. Hopefully you can join us for the next Taste N.C. Jr. on Monday May 5 6:30 - 8:00.

On February 9th 25 people traveled to our beautiful city of Pittsburgh for a fun filled day. We got things started at the scenic PPG ice rink. There were a lot of crashes and falls, but everybody was still able to walk afterwards.

From there we walked a block to the almost famous Primanti Bros. and ordered some Pittsburgh sandwiches. Finally we ended the day with a thrilling ride on the Duquesne Incline and a walk on Mt. Washington. It was the perfect ending to a great day in Pittsburgh. If you missed the event you can check out all of the photos here.

Saturday February 9th at 12:30 p.m. Skybacher Ministries takes you on the Great Big Group Date to  Pittsburgh. We will go Ice Skating at the beautiful PPG Place, have dinner at the Pittsburgh original Primanti Bros., and top things off overlooking the city with a spectactular ride on the Duquesne Incline, all for the cost of $15. 

Anyone in jr. high or high school may attend this event. The Great Big Group Date is an event to get together with friends and hang out for a fun-filled day in Pittsburgh. To register you can email John at skybacher_7@yahoo.com.
