Pray & Play x2!
Pray & Play is now happening in 2 different locations! This past Thursday was the first ever Pray & Play in Hopewell, at Ohio U.P. Church. Things started a little “corny”, with a little Corn Hole frenzy. The action was fast paced and the corn hole dust was flying. At the break a lesson on the fact that God is the creator of all things, and that he has created us with a “story”. Then it was Dodgeball in tight spaces! It was a great time for all, and a great opening night of Pray & Play Hopewell.
Sunday Pray & Play Unionville continued with Ultimate frisbee, 4-way Dodgeball, and Soccer! It was an action packed night of activity. At the break students were encouraged to not let their hearts be hardened to God. We read the story of Pharaoh and the plagues, and everyone was asked to open their hearts and a prayer against hardened hearts was said. It all added up to lots of sweat, Good Sports, Good Times, and Good News!!
If you are in the area and interested in attending either of these events:
Pray & Play Hopewell takes place at:
Ohio United Presbyterian Church Thursdays @ 6pm -7:30pm

A group of 49 of us dined for all-you-can-eat pizza at CiCi’s, and then travelled to Wildwood Highlands snowtubing for the evening – the days before had warmed up some, so the tubing tracks were sooooo fast – it was a lot of fun!!! Check out some of the pics below…
