Hello everyone!!
Just wanted to give an update on the bake sales from Friday and Monday – even amidst rain, God still raised about $250 from the goodies provided by so many family and friends. He is so good!!! Thanks for all the prayers offered up for this fundraiser.
We are looking forward to the Turkey & Stuffing Volleyball tournament for this Friday night – we have 5 area churches coming as well as some other teams of friends, family, etc. It should be tons of fun, and we would greatly appreciate your prayers for this event.
Finally, a huge praise as we are an aunt and uncle again!! Chris & Julie (Kristie’s sister) had a baby girl at 5:22pm today. Her name is Emily Rose, and was 21 1/2 inches long, and 8 lbs. 13 oz. – Such a gift from God is new life!! She is beautiful with tons of hair – mom is doing really well, too. The Hooke family has grown to 8 grandchildren – praise the Lord for that!! (with 2 more to come in the next 6 months)
